375 Wampanoag Trail – A 72,000 SF medical office building located in East Providence, RI. It was a build to suit designed specifically for Brown Physicians, Inc. and is a new state-of-the-art patient center which combines primary care physicians and specialists together in one convenient location, along with a blood lab, and imagining services. The building opened for business in June 2016.

The space was rebuilt and designed for a medical application which includes a dialysis center, primary care, a wound care facility, cardiology department and clinical lab space.
