Our services include construction management, design/build and cost estimating. Each of these services helps MPI guide the development through the critical stages such as design, planning, permitting, budget creation, value engineering, scheduling and coordination. Our success is driven by a close working relationship with the client, architect and engineer. We provide vigilant supervision on the project and are committed to deliver the project on time and within the agreed budget.

MPI has had experience in projects which are multifaceted including ones that require extensive environmental remediation and/or managing multi-faceted regulatory issues. We also work closely with municipalities to navigate permitting hurdles and create a successful solution for all parties.
